ORDER

(Section 144 of the Securities Act, RSO 1990, c S.5)

WHEREAS on March 5, 2021, the Ontario Securities Commission issued an order with reasons to follow (the Commission Order) dismissing the application brought by Douglas John Eley (Eley) to review decisions of the Investment Industry

Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) dated January 28, 2020 and October 6, 2020, respectively, and providing that the stay order issued by the Commission on November 16, 2020 (the Stay Order) will remain in effect for 10 days following the date of the Commission Order;

WHEREAS on March 8, 2021, Eley requested that the Stay Order not terminate 10 days after the date of the Commission Order and instead remain in effect for 10 days following the date of the release of the reasons for the Commission Order;

ON READING the request from Eley, and Staff of IIROC and Staff of the Commission taking no position on the request;

IT IS ORDERED THAT the Commission Order is varied such that the Stay Order shall remain in effect for 10 days following the date of the release of the reasons for the Commission Order.
