Current distributions of funds from sanctions

In cases where funds received from Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) orders and settlements have been approved by the OSC Board for distribution to investors, the distribution may be undertaken by a receiver appointed under section 129 of Ontario’s Securities Actand supervised by the Superior Court of Justice. In some cases, the Ministry of the Attorney General of Ontario may assist the OSC by distributing designated funds using the process under the Civil Remedies Act.
