The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) manages its procurement process in accordance with its Procurement and Contract Management Policy and applicable government agency requirements. These requirements include the Management Board of Cabinet Procurement Directive, applicable to OSC in part as an “Other Included Entity”, and relevant trade agreements, such as the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
