Filing documents online
OSC electronic filing portal
OSC Rule 11-501 - Electronic Delivery of Documents to the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC Rule 11-501) requires that as of February 19, 2014 certain documents identified under Ontario’s securities rules be filed electronically through the OSC’s web filing portal. You can submit these documents to the OSC through this website.
As of June 13, 2023 all applications for exemptive relief for Investment Fund and Non-Investment Fund issuers will be required to be filed on SEDAR+.
SEDAR+ pre-launch Onboarding must be completed by April 14, 2023 to secure your organization’s immediate access to the new web-based system for securities filings on June 13, 2023.
If you do not complete Onboarding by April 14, your organization must wait until the new system launches to begin the process, which will take more time and require additional steps.
All organizations are strongly encouraged to begin the pre-launch Onboarding process by signing up using the link below as soon as possible.
Visit the Canadian Securities Administrators website for more information on SEDAR+ and Onboarding.
