Notice of Commission Variation Order – Variation of the Recognition Order of Nasdaq CXC Limited and Ensoleillement Inc.

On March 7, 2022, the Commission issued an order pursuant to section 144 of the Securities Act (Ontario) varying the current recognition order of Nasdaq CXC Limited (Nasdaq Canada) and its parent holding company, Ensoleillement Inc. (CXCH) to reintroduce terms and conditions applicable to Nasdaq Inc.
