Publication of Corporate Governance Section Report for MFDA Oversight Review Report – Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (MFDA)

 
On July 9, 2010, the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) published its Oversight Review Report on the performance of the Mutual Fund Dealer Association of Canada (MFDA). At that time, the CSA decided not to include the section of the report prepared by the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) that dealt with the governance of the MFDA due to a hearing before the BCSC respecting governance issues.

The BCSC has now published the governance section of the report on its website. It is available for download at: http://www.bcsc.bc.ca/uploadedFiles/MFDA_Corporate_Gov_Report.pdf.
