Ongoing amendments to National Instrument 31-103 (Session A: Webinar)

This seminar will provide an overview of the amendments to National Instrument 31-103 Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations (NI 31-103) which were published October 16, 2014 and come into force on January 11, 2015. The amendments include substantive changes and also technical adjustments to codify certain exemption orders, clarify the legislative intent of NI 31-103 and provide further guidance as necessary where ambiguities existed.
