OSC Rule 45-508 Extension to Ontario Instrument 45-507 Self-Certified Investor Prospectus Exemption
Purpose
- This Rule provides, in Ontario, a temporary extension to the exemption provided in Ontario Instrument 45-507 Self-Certified Investor Prospectus Exemption (Interim Class Order), pursuant to paragraph 143.11(3)(b) of the Securities Act (Ontario).
Extension of temporary exemption
- Paragraph 14(a) of Ontario Instrument 45-507 Self-Certified Investor Prospectus Exemption (Interim Class Order) is amended by replacing “April 25, 2024, unless extended by the Commission” with “October 25, 2025
Effective date
- This Rule comes into force on April 25, 2024.
