SEDAR+ is available 24/7 on weekdays. Occasionally, between 11:00 p.m. E.T. and 7:00 a.m. ET. system maintenance may be conducted. System maintenance is routinely conducted at various periods on weekends. 

If you have a time-sensitive filing and cannot file through SEDAR+ (in Ontario) please email documents to: [email protected] (for investment funds) or [email protected] (for all other cases). For reports of exempt distribution, please continue to attempt to use SEDAR+ and do not email your documents.

Please note that documents submitted by email due to temporary hardship must still be filed through SEDAR+ as soon as possible.
