NOTICE OF COMMISSION APPROVAL

The Ontario Securities Commission approved housekeeping amendments to IDA By-laws 10.26, 10.27 and 10.28 -- Member Regulation Oversight Committee and additional Board Committees. The objective of the amendments is to establish the Member Regulation Oversight Committee and provide the Board of Directors with the ability to create other standing committees from time to time. In addition, the Autorité des marchés financiers approved, and the Alberta Securities Commission and the British Columbia Securities Commission did not object to the amendments. The description and a copy of the amendments are contained in Chapter 13 of this Ontario Securities Commission Bulletin.
