NOTICE OF COMMISSION APPROVAL

The Ontario Securities Commission approved proposed amendments to IDA Policy 6, Part III - Continuing Education Program. The proposed amendments to the CE programme are for the most part housekeeping in nature and will clarify the requirements of the CE programme. The consolidation of these items into the rule will provide a single point of reference for member firms and approved persons. A copy and description of the proposed amendments were published on February 2, 2007, at (2007), 30 OSCB 1153. The IDA received no comment letters, and so no changes were required.
