Notice of Commission Approval - Revocation and Replacement of OSC Rule 13-502 Fees, Companion Policy 13-502CP Fees, OSC Rule 13-503 (Commodity Futures Act) Fees and Companion Policy 13-503CP (Commodity Futures Act) Fees

On March 10, 2009, the Commission approved the revocation and replacement of the following rules and the rescission and replacement of the following policies:

OSC Rule 13-502 Fees and Companion Policy 13-502CP Fees

OSC Rule 13-503 (Commodity Futures Act) Fees and Companion Policy 13-503CP (Commodity Futures Act) Fees

Under section 143.3 of theSecurities Act and section 68 of the Commodity Futures Act, the rules were delivered to the Minister of Finance on March 12, 2009. The Minister may approve or reject the rules or return them to the Commission for further consideration. If the Minister approves the Rules, they will come into force on June 1, 2009.
