Notice of Ministerial Approval of Amendments to OSC Rule 13-503 (Commodity Futures Act) Fees

MINISTERIAL APPROVAL OF

AMENDMENTS TO ONTARIO SECURITIES COMMISSION RULE 13-503 (COMMODITY FUTURES ACT) FEES

On October 3, 2019, the Minister of Finance approved the amendments referred to in the September 12, 2019 Notice of Amendments to Ontario Securities Commission Rule 13-502 Fees and OSC Rule 13-503 (Commodity Futures Act) Fees. The amendments are consequently in force on October 18, 2019.  A formal notice of Ministerial approval will be published in the October 24, 2019 Bulletin.
