Changes to Commentary in National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds

CHANGES TO COMMENTARY IN NATIONAL INSTRUMENT 81-107 INDEPENDENT REVIEW COMMITTEE FOR INVESTMENT FUNDS

1. The Commentary to National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds is changed by this Document.

2. In the following provisions, "SEDAR" is replaced with "SEDAR+":

(a) paragraph 1 of the Commentary to section 4.4;

(b) paragraph 5 of the Commentary to section 5.3;

(c) paragraph 3 of the Commentary to section 6.2;

(d) paragraph 4 of the Commentary to section 6.3;

(e) paragraph 4 of the Commentary to section 6.4.

Effective Date

3. These changes become effective on June 9, 2023.
