Toronto - On June 29, 1998, a 7 day trial was set for April 26, 27, 28, 29 (1/2 day) and May 3, 4, 5 and 6 (1/2 day), 1999 at Old City Hall, 60 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario in respect of the trial of charges against 1173219 Ontario Limited c.o.b. as TAC (The Alternate Choice), TAC International Limited, Douglas R. Walker, David C. Drennan, Steven Peck, Don Gutoski, Ray Ricks, Al Johnson and Gerald McLeod (the "Defendants") for violations of the Securities Act. The Defendants are charged with trading in securities, namely, shares of 1173219 Ontario Limited and/or memberships in TAC International Limited, without being registered to trade in such securities, without filing a prospectus and with making representations concerning the future value of the securities in order to effect a sale of those securities. Douglas R. Walker and David C. Drennan are also charged with being an officer or director of 1173219 Ontario Limited and authorizing, permitting or acquiescing in trades by 1173219 Ontario Limited.

Cease Trading Orders against 1173219 Ontario Limited, TAC International Limited, Douglas R. Walker, David C. Drennan, Don Gutoski, Ray Ricks and Steven Peck continue in effect.
