ICAP Global Derivatives Limited (IGDL) is registered with the United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission as a swap execution facility (SEF), is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority of the United Kingdom to operate a multilateral trading facility (MTF), and is exempted from recognition as an exchange in Ontario.
