The Issuer filed a technical report, Updated Mineral Resource Estimate and NI 43-101 Technical Report for Laramide’s Westmoreland Uranium Project, Queensland Australia, to support an updated mineral resource estimate on Westmoreland Project. After reviewing the technical report, staff noted the issuer had included operating and cost assumptions from a past PEA which was outdated. The issuers continuous disclosure documents also relied on the past PEA. The website and corporate presentation added inferred mineral resources to measure and indicated mineral resources which is contrary to paragraph 2.2(c) of NI 43-101.

Investor Presentation revised to remove forward-looking information regarding forecasted revenue, forecasted EBITDA, and forecasted market penetration rates for the Company's ie-Pulse and Equity Insider products that are currently under development.
